If you can, open Flatscan and go to Settings -> Support -> Email support. The app can prepare a support email with app version, iOS version, device model, and subscription state. It does not attach documents, PDFs, OCR text, screenshots, or logs automatically.

Where are my scans stored?
Flatscan stores scans, thumbnails, OCR text, search data, folders, Trash state, and local settings inside the app's local container on your iPhone or iPad.
Does Flatscan upload my documents?
No. Flatscan v0.1 does not upload document images, OCR text, document titles, search queries, or archive contents to a Flatscan server.
Why is OCR imperfect?
OCR quality depends on lighting, page angle, blur, handwriting, font size, language, and document condition. Review OCR text before relying on it in important workflows.
What does Flatscan Pro unlock?
Flatscan offers a 14-day full-access Pro trial. After the trial, the free tier still includes 10 OCR pages per calendar month for in-app search. Pro keeps local OCR/search unlimited and unlocks searchable PDF export.
How do refunds work?
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Apple Report a Problem to request a refund.
